Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Recipeist, a platform operated by IDEOLOGIKS MEDIA D.O.O.E.L. (hereinafter the "Publisher"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

User Accounts

To post content, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree to provide the Publisher with accurate and complete information during registration and to update it if it changes.

User-Generated Content

Recipeist allows users to publish recipes, photos, and comments. Full ownership and copyright of user content remain with the author.

By publishing, you grant the Publisher a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display your content on the platform. For published recipes the license continues after you delete your account, and the recipes are then shown without your name, until you ask for them to be removed. The Publisher acquires no ownership of your content and will not use it beyond the platform without your explicit consent.

You may edit your content at any time. Drafts and unpublished recipes you can delete yourself. Published recipes are removed on request: write to us at info@recipeist.app at any time and we will remove them within 30 days, which also ends the license to display them. You warrant that you have the right to publish the content and that it does not infringe the copyright or other rights of third parties.

Content from Recipeist (Editorial)

Some content on the platform is created or published by Recipeist, including via the "Editorial" account. That content is owned by the Publisher and is not user content.

Intellectual Property

All materials on the platform (except user content) are owned by the Publisher or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute materials from the platform without the Publisher's written consent.

Prohibited Activities

When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Post illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Harass or bully other users
• Post spam or advertising content without permission
• Infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights
• Post false or misleading information
• Attempt to access others' accounts or systems

Termination of Access

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if it believes you have violated these terms.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting the Publisher. Drafts and unpublished recipes are deleted together with the account, while the recipes you published stay on the platform without your name. You can ask for them to be removed at any time, as described above.

Disclaimer of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Publisher does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or continuously available.

The Publisher is not liable for damages arising from the use of the platform or user content. Recipes are shared by users and should be used at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

The Publisher reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
